Transparent evaluation aligned with Ghazi University DG Khan and BISE DG Khan.
Intermediate Exams
To obtain an Intermediate degree, students appear in the Annual Examination held by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, D.G. Khan.
Two internal college examinations are mandatory pre-requisites for board exams:
- Mid-Year Examination — held in December
- Send-Up Examination — held in March
BS & B.Ed Exams
Students are evaluated on Mid-Semester & Final Examinations, plus sessional work (quizzes, homework, assignments, presentations).

Final theory & practical exams are conducted by the Controller of Examinations, Ghazi University DG Khan.
Attendance & Parent-Teacher Meeting
- Every student must maintain 75% attendance in each subject to qualify for the final examination.
- Names are struck off the rolls if a student remains absent for 10 days in a month or 6 consecutive days.
- Re-admission is allowed only once after deposit of the re-admission fee and within 15 days.
- Parent-Teacher Meetings are held twice a year or as per faculty requirement.
