- Admission to hostel is a privilege, not a right; subject to availability of seats.
- Allotment remains valid till summer vacation / end of academic program (whichever earlier).
- Electrical appliances are not allowed except an electric iron (provisional).
- Wall chalking, slogans or stickers in rooms / common areas are prohibited.
- Boarders must vacate the hostel as and when required by competent authority.
- Damage or loss to hostel property is recovered from the boarder(s) responsible.
