Punjab Govt Rule

Half Tuition Fee Concession

For needy or deprived students, half tuition fee concession per annum is allowed as per Government of the Punjab instructions. Sanctioned for one academic year; renewable on application.

College Fund

College Red Crescent Fund

Financial help to deserving students is provided through the College Red Crescent Fund. Maintained directly by the college to support students facing unforeseen hardship.

How the Scholarship Committee Works

Information Sharing

Notified scholarship opportunities are announced on the college notice board and through department coordinators.

Application

Eligible students collect the prescribed application form and submit it within the announced deadline.

Verification

The Students Welfare / Scholarships Committee verifies documents, academic record and need-based criteria.

Forwarding

Approved applications are forwarded to the relevant authority (Government, Board, University, HEC, etc.).

Disbursement

On approval, stipends and awards are disbursed through the college finance office or directly by the funding body.
